Creative Writing For Stress Relief

There are many, many different ways that people find to relieve stress in their lives.  I happen to like and find that Creative Writing For Stress Relief works wonders for me.

I use what is called "brain dumping" and that is to sit and write consistently for 10 or 15 minutes about whatever comes to your mind, with no correction of misspelled words, changing words around or even correcting wrong words. 

What you do with your writings afterwards is up to you; tear it up, burn it, save it and see what kind of changes you go through in time or maybe you have a book just waiting to be put together with all of your random thoughts.
